Program Description
If you've ever been sexually harassed by a co-worker or boss, and wanted to know what to do about it, and if you've ever wondered what was going on in their heads, you'll find answers here.
This program covers the legal definitions of sexual harassment, how to manage these situation, and the psychological make-up of the harasser.
Learning Objectives
1. Become familiar with the legal definitions of sexual harassment.
2. Be able to advise the person harassed about steps to take.
3. Develop an understanding of how the harasser rationalized his/her behavior.
4. Recognize the psychological traits that make someone prone to sexually harassing others.
