Dr. Jeff Seinfeld received his MSW from Hunter College and his Ph.D. from New York University, where he is now an Associate Professor and full time faculty member of the School for Social Work. In addition to his private practice in New York City, he serves as a private consultant to the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services. His books, The Empty Core and The Bad Object have been widely received as humane and very helpful in understanding people with severe personality disorders.
