Robert Taylor has worked in the Employee Assistance Field for over 20 years. In 1980 he designed, implemented, then administered for the following eight years, the Employee and Member Assistance Program for the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago. Prior to that he was part of the team which founded St. Leonard’s House, a halfway house serving ex-offenders and addicted persons, and he served as its Executive Director for 7 years. Mr. Taylor received his Master’s Degree in social work from the University of Chicago. He is an ordained Episcopal priest.
